The type of information I collect​ 

I collect information that you provide when you contact me directly via email or the contact form on my website. This includes personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, payment information, or any other information you choose to include in your communications with me.


I also receive personal information indirectly via Wix's analytics platform. I use this information to help me understand more about my existing and potential customers. This information does not personally identify anyone.

  • The time you’ve spent on my website

  • How long you stay on a page

  • Which page you exit on

  • How you found my website, i.e via a search engine, social media, direct access etc

  • Which pages and links you clicked on

How I get the personal information and why I have it

I collect data from “” to understand how my site is being used so I can improve the user experience to gain more clients. 

Most of the personal information I process is provided directly by you through my website. I need your personal information so that I can contact you when you have made an enquiry via the contact form or my email link. Your enquiries are sent to

How I store your personal information

I keep your name, email and mobile number for the sole purpose of arranging appointments, sending payment details and delivering feedback. If you choose to stop having treatments with me, you may ask to remove some of your data.​

In order to meet insurance and financial obligations, I am required to keep certain details on record for a fixed period of time from the date of your last appointment in order to meet the requirements of relevant policies and legislation. At present, this is five years for insurance and six years for tax/financial purposes.​

Under data protection law, you have rights, including:

  • Your right of access - You have the right to ask me for copies of your personal information.

  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask me to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask me to complete information you think is incomplete.

  • Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask me to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

  • Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

  • Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that I transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
