My Story

With over thirty years of experience of various step-relationships, I've gained a deep understanding of their unique challenges and rewards. These experiences have taught me invaluable lessons, bringing both joy and hardship along the way. Driven by a desire to support others in similar situations, I retrained as an integrative psychotherapist and coach, with a special interest in helping to transform the experiences of others in step and blended family dynamics.
